The Effects of Job Retention and Disability Discrimination on the Job Satisfaction in Wage Earners Women with Disabilities : Verification for the Mediating Effect of Wage Level

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of job satisfaction on disability discrimination, job retention and the mediating effect of wage level between disability discrimination, job retention and job satisfaction for wage earners women with Disabilities. For these purposes, ¡®The 4nd Disabled Employment Panel Survey of 2011 conducted by the Employment Development Institute of Korea Employment Agency for the Disabled was used as a raw data. Descriptive analysis, correlation analysis, and the hierarchical multiple regression analysis for research model test were used. additionally, Sobel test was used to verify the significant mediating effect. Result were obtained in this study as the disability discrimination, job retention have significant effect on wage level. And the mediating effect of disability discrimination, job retention on job satisfaction statistically significant. Based on these empirical findings, wage earners women with disabilities to increase job satisfaction, and further wage earners women with disabilities to improve the quality of employment of policy direction has suggestions.
